And definitely sign up for the app, it is so easy to use and depending how often you eat here, you can expect to get free items every couple of times of dining there! "The customer service here is above and beyond. I don’t know their names, but the girl with the long blonde hair, ALL the managers, and the guy with the long hair are some of the most attentive personnel. They deserve five stars and a promotion. It’s hard to deal with all the different personalities in this area and they still maintain good customer service."

"I had an amazing experience at McDonald’s thanks to Yvette. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Yvette truly made my visit better, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. She absolutely deserves recognition and a promotion, especially since she hasn’t received one yet. McDonald’s is lucky to have her!"

"I forgot to ask for extra ketchup on my way through the drive up. After I’d realized it, I drove back to the same location about 15 minutes later and went back through. The person taking my order remembered me! She was happy to give me several ketchup packets at no charge."

"Seems McD’s isn’t paying much anymore that its trying to make everything automated by ordering through the self serve screen, but you can’t customize an order through that, you cant add beacon to a sandwich and you have to wait a bit to get someone to get your order in person cause they are all running around fulfilling orders from the drive through."
